The Practice has just conducted the Patient Survey for 2012/13 and will be posting the results at the end of March 2013.
Results of 2012
The rating for overall satisfaction with the Practice scored 71% for completely satisfied/very satisfied
Getting through on the telephone – the combined results for Good, Very Good and Excellent totalled 87% of respondents.
Rating of the Practice Opening Hours – the combined results of Good, Very Good and Excellent totalled 85% of respondents
Seeing any doctor – 76% of respondents said they were able to get an appointment same day or the next day.
